Amazon S3 (and S3-compatible stores) as a file sink for BARRY.

What it does

Writes files into an Amazon S3 bucket, running cloud-direct. The same connector also reaches S3-compatible stores such as MinIO, Cloudflare R2 and Ceph through a custom endpoint, so it is not limited to AWS.

Configuration

• Bucket
• Region
• Key prefix
• Endpoint URL + path-style addressing — for S3-compatible stores

Authentication

• Access key + secret
• Assumed role (AssumeRole)
• Web identity (AssumeRoleWithWebIdentity) or OIDC web identity
• Static credentials for an S3-compatible endpoint

As an object store, the file format comes from the paired Output Format.
