Lands data into a Microsoft Fabric Warehouse over its SQL endpoint.

Writes into a Fabric Warehouse via T-SQL. This is a self-contained sink and needs no separate Output Format.
Each transport targets schema.table.
Stages Parquet in OneLake, then runs COPY INTO for append and overwrite, or COPY INTO a staging table followed by a MERGE for merge loads.
