BARRYBARRY

Developers

pip install, and you're in.

The BARRY Python wheel gives your data team a first-class client — no REST plumbing, no CSV exports.

The BARRY Python wheel is a proper package rather than a REST snippet you copy once and maintain forever. You install it from your own BARRY server, so the version you get always matches the platform you are talking to, and you authenticate with the same identity provider as the console – no separate keys to distribute or rotate. From there it behaves like any other library: read a dataset into pandas or Polars, list what is available, trigger a transport and check on its status from a script. That last part matters when data work has to slot into something bigger, like a training pipeline or a nightly job.

  • Install straight from your own server — versioned with it
  • Authenticate with the same identity provider as the console
  • Read datasets into pandas or Polars
  • Trigger transports and read run status from code
  • Snippets and notebooks generated by the VS Code extension
